Protection of personal data

This policy explains for what purpose the personal data collected by EsteFirst Clinic through its website is processed. Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) the data controller is EsteFirst Clinic.

What data is collected: When you fill in the forms on our website, your name, phone number, your email address if provided, and the treatment / hair loss level you select are recorded. This data is used only to respond to your request and to send you a suitable treatment plan.

Sharing: Your data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It is transferred to authorised institutions only in case of a legal obligation.

Retention: Requests are deleted when the treatment process and the statutory retention obligations come to an end.

Your rights: Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to access your data and to request its correction or deletion. To exercise these rights you can write to info@estefirstclinic.com.
